Fragments of Secret Wisdom obtained: 47 of 50
but i have 50 of them...

At the beginning of the event, there was a problem with the initiation quest. During this period, you could drop elixirs, get the efect and drop shards. When the problem was fixed, the quest was reset.
It looks like you dropped 3 shards before the fix, then 47 more after the quest was reset, hence the counter.
