Why close shop and Spirit, while we can get snowflakes from letter boxes, and there was some problems while event was on, so it should be prolonged for 1 day at least !!??

Tree was December Event, that's why it's end. Your SS is another event and it will end today 1pm. Probably timer is wrong.

Also for letters, you can drop max 25 pcs per day. Probably you got all letters and you couldn't get more.
