Wolfer Talon Guidebook Missing

Hey,

I finished the "Hunting the Hunter" quest a long time ago, which is supposed to reward the Wolfer Talon Guidebook, but noticed it's not unlocked or in my backpack.

Can the Wolfer Talon Guidebook please be added to my account?
