Having looked around at the different lvl 10 mounts I come to realization that all the mounts part 1 can be used by players from lvl 6 and up.

Shankar, Endagar, Grumvol, Wild Jakaral and Emerald Jakaral can all be used from lvl 6 if one are able to get the respective Worship or Honour Badges required.

But the one lvl 10 mount where you are to obtain City Reputation to gain access to, the Elite Berona Tiger, you have to be a lvl 9 player before you can use that mount ?

Now I am curious as to how it comes that that lvl 10 mount is a lvl 9 player restriction on while the other 5 lvl 10 mount are not ? Wouldn't it be fair if the Elite Berona Tiger also where to be available for player from lvl 6 and above ?
