unable to complete Soygura's Inconsolable Love quest

i have taken the Soygura's shawl, 3 petals of Vertsida's flower, and a Gurraldiy Korr [6] tentacle to Brugilda the Sorceress in the Village of Maettro but she will not say anything about the quest only things about juggerenant rep. am i doing anything wrong or is this broke.

I can only see a Flangariy Korr Tentacle in your backpack, you need a Gurraldiy Korr's Tentacle.
