best achievements

when i look at my own achievements and i look at other's achievements it doesnt represent your best achievents in the your characters life, i would just like to know if this is an error and being worked on or if not how do you rate achievements? currently my best achievements are working around exploring and i bet you some of my other achievements i worked much harder for to accomplish
