Well structured menus, nice template, not too bringht on the eyes.
As a person that works that for a living I must say - its not a bad first webpage. If you can do better - please let us know - we might learn from your mighty experience . The guy is 14 years old - and made himself a site (well its a template on a free blog, but its the idea that counts).
