Alternatively, you can try donating just one of those things to get the blessing...but there is a very low probability it will work.

Dinind...I don't know where the altars are located in human land.
In Magmar land, the Altar of the God is located in Forgotten Graves
The Goddess Altar is in Canyon of Immortality
