Simply because all the summons were yours does not guarantee you the helmet. Please refer to the rules (http://www.warofdragons.com/info/forum/topic.php?t=42443&f=7) and let me know which one you feel has been broken.

Dear Reggie Chiefstan, In the rules it says that it is prohibited to jump someone's fight after more than 5 summons were used. And this is exactly case.I've killed almost half of it before they came.My group mates were conimg aswell.I send the rules of hunting to the players who were trying to take the loot,but they keept poisoning. Thanks for understanding.

but then again, it would be stupid, instead of hunting with my group, we shouldve split in 5 different areas, summon a dozen bat, wait for other groups to join our fights and win the battle and then come here and whine that some1 stole our loot...

You're wrong. With this rules tactics is quite easy. Attack first, summon 5 and stall until help comes. Any clan can use it.

Of course, clan with more strong fighters get more helmets, but it's fair, i think.

The helmet is verry costly, and for that u should need to use all friend help to get it.
