Look, I just want want my complaint addressed in a timely manner. Is 6 days really too much to ask ? It is guard responsibility to do that correct? I had the same complaint on Magmar side and it was addressed in HOURS. I can't imagine the responsibilities for either side are THAT different. Just address my complaint. That's all I want. Nothing more.Apparently you have not checked if any action was taken. The player was punished appropriately in a timely fashion, all that was missing was a green DONE. Or perhaps you consider that the colored word means a player is cursed...
