i collected all ingredients and when i used the recipe i get this msg..

I have tried all of the above even using turqoise. I did it 20 times. To complete you must 1st talk to smuri about the laughter powder befor making and imidietly make it after (after you talk to smuri you will say thankyou smuri i am flying) that worked for me.
