Sorry, but there is no regulatory body within the game that presides over such matters as clan expulsion (fairly or unfairly). The decision of who is admitted, not admitted or expelled from a clan is left solely up to the clan leader. As for your gold, if you are referring to the 1g fee to join the clan, this is a universal tax imposed by the system not the clan leader. This tax is non-refundable upon your decision to leave the clan or upon your expulsion.

what happened?? every seems like they are online with no clan or icons lol
It's not been edited since the update so it's got a few little compatibility issues. But you can see who is truly online by reading the NOT PRESENT IN GAME MESSAGE and discounting those people.
