How do you get stuff that you won on an auction?Please help

you bid on the selected items and if you are not outbid by others( or in case you can outbid yourself...) and the time set up for the item elapses> you are sent the item by the post.

So to continue what Herzeleid said in case you haven't received post before, just click on the Post Office and then click on the message there. The stuff will be in the message. Click on remove valuables to get it.
