Wanted! Crazy editor for the new «Faeo Gazette»! Job Description: Produce and edit content for the Faeo Gazette to include news, failures, fun, gossip and a lot of sarcasm! Essential Functions: - Producing the monthly Faeon Gazette.
- Doing research and interviewing players, keeping an eye on possible bugs and glitches, hunting the latest gossip and writing it all down in an entertaining manner
- Working as part of the Chroniclers team and in close contact with the Jesters team.
- Working in close contact with our code writer.
- Producing at least one article per month.
- Contributing to the Chroniclers in any other way the team deems necessary.
Applicant requirements: - Be a team player;
- Ability to attract and entertain readers;
- Good communication and time management skills;
- Be and remain active in-game and in the team;
- Good writing skills;
- Great command of written English language;
- Perfect use of sarcasm.
Additional Welcomed Qualities: - News/articles writing experience;
- Knowledge of the playerbase and local gossips;
- HTML knowledge.
To apply to the position you need to write your own version of the new Faeo Gazette (example of the old Faeo Gazette see below). The winner will be chosen by the Jesters team in close cooperation with the Chroniclers. Submission Requirements: - You need to create 1 article for the new Gazette;
- Can be made both graphically (like the image above) or textually;
- Can contain up to 2000 words;
- Can include images;
- Should not break any game/forum rules.
Use your imagination, warriors, become the new Gazette editor that the inhabitats of Faeo need and deserve!
