The battle was done, warriors from both sides lay dead or wounded around the field,the victirous colecteted there trophies.
but there was little celebration for the remander knew that all to soon others would come,with thier vicious battle zorbs,
wraiths to aid them and that any hope of victory was all but lost.
it was in this dim time that she arrived, with no word she calmly went to work.
Harvesting as quickly as she could then moving off, fate seemed to guide her as she wandered trought the maze of tunnels.
Final to deliver her lode to the carts, then she made her way again throught the twisting tunnels only fate this time lead her into an ambush, or so it would have first seemed.
With a breif yell a magamar warrior lept from around the corner and lunged to attack.
she immidatly reconised the magamar and held her ground, her heavy armour deflected many blows before she releaced a powerful wraith from an amulet and the battle was almost won
but from around the corner another magmar steped, slicing into the wraith with powerful blows
the four combattents whirled around each other for a fue seconds before the wraith struck a powerful blow on the first magmar warrior, she saw her oppertunity quaffing a small potion she lowered her guard and lashed out, her fist sturck with a dull thud on the magamars head and he tilted back and hit the ground with a clang
shocked it worked, forgeting the wraith for a second, she gathered the fallen warriors trophy.
Just as the second magmar struck down the wraith with another savage blow, she stood up with her trophy in hand
The Magmar was quick to attack her but with the aid of the fellow humans she once again stood on the field of battle a victirous looser |
