bloodbattles has become inaccessable

Today I was expecting to do bloodbattles again only to find it listed in my quest list as inaccessable. what is wrong?

Hope admin don't mind me replying but since it is late and they wont be around until tomorrow and this might be the right answer, I thought I give it a shoot so you don't have to wait.

If the case is that you have reached over 6.000 City Rep, then BloodBattles wont be accuring again for you. If that is not the case, then I apologize for butting in !

that is in fact the case although nowhere in the bloodbattles description or even mentor's help page does it mention this restriction.
