Cant turn arena badges for rep

Anyone knows why i can not give arena badges like http://warofdragons.com/artifact_info.ph…ct_id=463987139 to Burz's the knight ?

Because you have Warrior rank which is the final rank you can achieve in your level. You should level up to 4 to be able to hand them in.
