First Victor Ring

So the Firs Victor Ring http://warofdragons.com/artifact_info.ph…ct_id=345371330 says that increases the chance for critical hits, and my question is how does it affect crits? Does it add a certain percentage on your intuition? And would it be worth wearing for lvl 5 over other rings that would increase my intuition by 2 or 3 points?
