Mammoth Shield lent to Wode

about 2 months ago i lent my mammoth shield to wode in a pre-purchase arrangement. however since then she has been imprisoned. i spoke to wanderer84 and he suggested to wait to see if the curse was removed first as it was only a "level 2" curse. when we decided that it seemed unlikely that she would return or be released he told me to contact you. Is it still possible to retrieve this shield please? Thank you.

No Baby Zigred

I do not believe i was but i may have been. What is the ruling on distribution if you are in a party as a leader with no-one else in group. Only sometimes i find it goes into party backpack. Usually it just goes straight into my personal backpack. I have never understood this.
