About Lag in interface

Does anyone else have lag, not in fight but in interface? like click hunt screen but wait few seconds to load, and click mob wait few seconds to start hunt screen? Anyone else have similar issue? What is a solution? I have good hardware and good internet, 1shot serpagon can be 6-9 second, and 2 shot can be 9-11 sec I dont have much lag in fight, onlytime I lose seconds is when mob is stalling till 14 seconds to hit... But outside of fight I have somelag

I have 30 mbps speed, and hardware is corei7 16 gigs ram 4gb graphics gtx 860m, so pretty sure I am OP on hardware for ths game

I get lags on my client after every new news update example after luck glow I have lag spikes and after magic storm news etc... since friday, terrible lags and nearly non bearable hunts

So, I took a loan of 400 EE from a friend. I returned 40 Then I post another 360 but they have not logged in. If they dont return in a month, the EE would expire said most people. My question to fellow people here is, is there a way out? Is it possible to retrieve the items back if they dont reach the senderlike of real life) maybe for tax? or fee? What can I do about it so that the items of post dont expire? Advices appreciated

The concern shared here is an important one, Although there must not have been insults but if there is insult and attack is provoked, that should last for that day, when the clock sets to 00:00 the retaliation should be over, and if there is new insult, new attack, this is what I feel the game needs, If not reset at 00:00 then maybe some time frame under which any number of attacks anytime after provocation is allowed.
