Question about purple artful boots

If i place Speed rune in it,they will be not-transferrable? i'm on 60% XP but i dont want to sell them,but if i place speed rune in it ,then i will not be able to sell them on 13 level that's bad

Fight Doesn't Load in Crystalline Cave

i got kicked from one fight and tried to entered game but it wrote something like "Error,Your character have incorrect info" but luckily i was able to enter game only after 2 minutes

ok i verified that its truth that you cant restore damaged items,so i'm sorry,but money compensation? red axe 12 lvl 45g/6 = 7.5 gold(1 strength),not considering that, that it's rare item.. Question.. If you come in restaurant and you got hair in a dish ,and you tell that to staff,and they say that they cant do anything what you will do? So, that is the same)..
