I don't have connection problem playing other online game. So where is the connection problem coming from?

I got killed because I am not able to execute command due to poor connection. Killer Battle Axe was damaged. Not fair, connection problems can be due to server capacity. How to resolve the above issue?

3rd time happen to me. I killed Necrocultists but the level of influence is still zero, why? Is there sometime which I did not do right?

I killed 5 necrocult but get 0 influence at the end of the 5th killed. Each time I killed the message shows my influence increased by 5. Happen to me twice already. What did I do wrong?
