@Decca - I think EE drop rate has gone down a lot...I'm a level 5 BC and I should easily get 5+ EE in one rage, but today, I got only 2.

My Faeo time is 1 - 2 minutes behind. E.g. chat messages show 2:41 and Faeo time says 2:40.

Same here, I bought the ticket last week. I never used it and it expired. I also want a refund, since I did not know that you had to pay 1g.
