Help - lvl6 quest Battle of the War Mages - city rep

I was only able to "gift" a rainbow sphere ONCE. But now that quest is in the completed section of my quests. Please tell me how to get this fixed so I can receive the city rep others have received!

You have finished the quest. It cannot be resetted.
