Char returning

Hello, I played about 4 years ago , with my family : tetis (dad) , mom (mamyte) and me (sunus). Now we want to get back to the game , and my dad and mom remember their log ins and pass. But the problem is that I don't remember an email and password too. Is it possible anyway to make a new email or pass but save the character ?
