Yeah its allowed. Just like how a lvl5 can be inside a lvl3-4 CC, nothing illegal. In this case you enter the cave as a lvl5 with few exp points left.
Drink an exp pot or kill a wraith to push u into lvl6, dress and kill at ur pleasure. Its a WOD tradition (level up CC and lvl up demo) and something you will do yourself someday
