Purple Gear lv16+

because i couldn't find anything about it, so question to all lv16+ (or ppl with more knowledge then me :D)
Is it actually possible to receive tokens (like http://warofdragons.com/artifact_info.ph…ct_id=371814623 for lv11-15) to exchange them for purple lv16 gear ?

I mean it will be available new tokens from level 16 to spend on artful level 16 gear,but 11-15lvl tokens can't be used for that. Also it almost impossible to get enough tokens for item even you will be very active.
Worth to just buy all gear for gold/diamonds.

Yes,that "do something,get tokens,use tokens+money to buy non-valor artful items" exists in level 16+ as well.

You just have to do Meridian Vaults and you can get your tokens for the wins.
