Hello, unfortunately these tasks were related to an event that took place in March and is already over but you can read about it here: https://warofdragons.com/info/news/?show=news&id=7054

EDIT: Actually the Hangout at the Bar can still be completed by speaking to Poker/Cardsharp at the Tavern and playing Punk/Duel/Tribol with him :)
