• [lvl 6] Unlock access to Underwater + Fay-Go (complete Exorcism for Orluphia quest).
• [lvl 8] Unlock access to Islands of Eternal Frost (make sure you have a minimum of 1300 City Reputation !).
• [lvl 8] Unlock Labyrinth Explorers reputation.
• [lvl 9] Unlock Mystic reputation.
• [lvl 9] Acquire the Unity Ring.
• [lvl 11] Start the Bloody Armory quest from Votan NPC at Domain of Winds (this is mandatory to be able to acquire 11-15 lvl purple gear from Chaotic Battles )
• [lvl 11] Unlock access to Islands of Swirling Mist.
• [lvl 11] Start the Initiation Quest to join the Air School of Magic in the Tower of Mage.
• [Recommended] [lvl 5] Do the Arbiters of Fate Initiation Quest (to get access to varnishes from the Arbiters of Fate shop).
• [Recommended] [lvl 5] Unlock access to Mystra + access to all 3 Mystra reputations.

• [lvl 2] - 300 Relic Seekers reputation (this is mandatory to complete Exorcism for Orluphia quest).
• [lvl 5] - Medal of Worship of the Bringers of Evil for Black Dragon Liqueurs access (don't worry you will still be able to get Brothers of Virtue reputation later on).
• [Recommended] [lvl 5] - Medal of Respect of the Seekers of Wisdom for the Wisdom Flag buff (this medal can be obtained over time, you need to upgrade the flag into Reinforced Wisdom Flag once you reach Medal of Honor).
• [lvl 7] - Medal of Worship of the Hunters of the Undeads for Necromancer's Ring access (it costs 15 Sparks of the Heavenly Fire to go from 0 to Medal of Honor).
• [Recommended] [lvl 8] - Medal of Recognitions of the Great Dragons or higher for better Dragon's Breath procs (Medal of Worship can be obtained over time).
• [Recommended] [lvl 8] - Medal of Honor of the Labyrinth Explorers for Prayers and Powers Codex and Prayers to the Ocean Depths Codex, they will become part of your core buffing (this medal can be obtained over time but you need it ! The best way to farm this reputation is during Purification of the Labyrinth event).
• [Recommended] [lvl 9] - Mystic reputation -> good source of Orc Leader Axe buff (Medal of Honor can be obtained over time, make sure you always do Kari's quest twice per day).
• [lvl 11] - Medal of Recognition (lvl 11) or Medal of Friendship (lvl 12) of the Shadow Catchers for Serentile/Crafty Serentile access. Make sure to prepare 50 Gloomy Shadows when you up to lvl 11 or 100 if you up lvl 12 (exchange app ~40-50s each). This is part of your core buffs.
• [lvl 11] - Medal of Recognition of the Custodians of Magic (prepare 50 Other Dialects Manuscript Kroffdors when you up lvl 11) for Force of Anger spell access through the Power of Rage Spell Book. This spell will be your most used and useful one !
• [lvl 11] - Eldives reputation -> First prepare a batch of 400 Luxites to instantly upgrade your Standard Prozio into a Super Prozio when you up lvl 11. Then as you reach a good flow state, upgrade your Super Prozio into a Master Prozio with a total of 2000 Luxites; this is at the top of your priorities ! Dont' worry you will still be able to get Kroffdors reputation afterwards.

• Military Ranks of Faeo I Deck (2 hours invisibility*2, it is part of your core buffs).
  
• Military Ranks of Faeo II Deck (2 hours invisibility*2, it is part of your core buffs).
  
• Upgraded Guardians of Truth Deck (will give Crushing Rainbow Power 3 times per week, it is part of your core buffs along with regular Rainbow Spheres).
  
• The Magical Flora of Feo Deck (try to upgrade your deck to The Magical Flora of Feo Marked Deck whenever you can).
  
• [Recommended] Seasons Deck (will give you buffs during each seasonal event, cards can be acquired any time on exchange).
  
• [Recommended] April's Fools Jokes Deck (keep in the repository, only use before going to hunt, it can give you a %gold buff).
  
• [Recommended] Great Cube Deck (from the Altar of the Mountain King event, you are meant to get it by the end of the event, or at least close to. The deck gives a chance to drop Egghead’s Bags and/or Universal Seasonal Tokens).
  
• [Recommended] Might Deck (gives Might Charm buff)
  
• [Recommended but expensive] Fortune's Deck (gives Dawn Luck buff, you can usually buy Dawn Luck buff from other players for about 5-6g per hour, it is part of your core buffs).
  
• [Recommended but expensive] Eternal Domain Deck (gives Protective Gift buff).
  
• [Recommended but expensive] Secrets of the Deep Deck (gives Secret of the Deep buff similar to Wonderful Secrets of the Ocean Amulet).
  
• [Recommended but expensive] Forbidden City (gives back 25 monsters per week, and also gives Amber Scales which can be exchanged for various goods in the Exchange Tent, City Fair).
  
• [Recommended but expensive] Feast for Ravens Deck (will improve your quest resources drop rate).
  
• [Recommended but expensive] Dragon Gift Deck (gives Erifarius Gift corresponding to the number of scalps you gave, or improves it if the buff is already ongoing).

• Statue of Experience - Maxed out, always use before hunting session !
  
• Repository - lvl 3 minimum to be able to store your Chaos items while not actively hunting (see Gear and Accessories sections for details).
  
• [Recommended] Shop - lvl 5+ for easier and faster access to Serentile/Crafty Serentile, Elixir of Speed, Eye of Truth, which are all part of your core buffing.
  
• [Recommended] Portal - lvl 5+ for instant teleport to White Reef.
  
• [Recommended] Ranger Camp - Equipment raid gives a large variety of buffs. Valuables raids help sustain on Gloomy Shadows/Incarnums/Centridos and Decrepit Dragon Gift Amulets.

• Earthenware Initiative Tablet | Earthenware Wisdom Tablet (you need every corresponding grey and green tablets to be able to use higher colors).
• Blessed Porcelain Wisdom Tablet (exchange app ~250-350g)
• [Recommended] Blessed Glided Wisdom Tablet.

• Weapon - If you are lvl 11 you have the choice between temporary lvl 7 Red Axe from Trade Fair, or Artful Axe of Destruction +10 which is a regular Artful Axe of Destruction upgraded with Mystra's Forge. If you are lvl 12 use a Bonecrusher Chaos Axe - which you will be able to further customize (see Armour Enhancements section) - (use 720 Chaos Particles for highest chance). This item should strictly and only be used during hunting, which should be ~2hr/day.
  
• Boots - Artful Barbarian Boots or Artful Destruction Boots, they can be obtained for 10 Shoemaker Tokens in Exchange Tent, City Fair (exchange app ~3-6g each token). These may actually come cheaper than blue equivalent.
• Blue gear of your level : it can 100% be Barbarian/Predator set, the difference between blue valour and non-valour is ultra minimal at that level. Try to get Artful Predator Cuirass and Artful Predator Cuisses on 11 lvl from Chaotic Battles , it's VERY easy and quick to acquire. Don't forget that you are able to transform purple Predator pieces (non-valour) into their Contrition (valour) counterparts with the help of Lady Dawn NPC.
• Bow and Quiver - There is no bow that could help PvE at lvl 11. At lvl 12 you need a Vengeance Bow with any color quiver (for example a Large Framed Quiver is ~2-3g on exchange). You will be able to ugprade your bow to an Artful Vengeance Bow as soon as you reach 3.6k Reputation Rating.

• Strong Titan Belt (exchange) - regular Titan Belt will serve as temporary belt until you can find a Strong Titan Belt with high wisdom roll (30+), it needs to be replaced every 6 months.
  
• Strong Titan Sash (exchange) - regular Titan Sash will serve as temporary sash until you can find a Strong Titan Sash with high wisdom roll (30+), it needs to be replaced every 6 months.
  
• Rare Battle Satchel*2 - Try to find a good wisdom roll (30+), it needs to be replaced every 6 months.
  
• Priceless Bracelet of Luck (Trade Fair). If you have a good money income you could try and buy an Erifarius' Gaze Bracelet for ~600-700g, it needs to be replaced every 2 months.
• Arkats - Depending on what you need, the arkat slot is free, you can use Absolute Power Triark, Absolute Concentration Triak or Absolute Penetration Triak. Red Arkats can be acquired from Trade Fair.
• Jewelry - Rings: Indomitable Anger Ring (Trade Fair, lvl 11) and Almighty Chaos Ring (use 300 Chaos Particles for highest chance, put back any chaos item into estate repository after hunting session) or Necromancer's Dark Ring | Amulets: Indomitable Anger Amulet (Trade Fair, lvl 12) and Almighty Chaos Amulet (use 420 Chaos Particles for highest chance, put back any chaos item into estate repository after hunting session). Sadly, there is no good amulets options for lvl 11.

• Runes - Lvl 7-8-9-10 items don't need any rune at all - except for the boots for which you could buy a Rune of Speed Sid and upgrade it into - at the bare minimum - a Sid Rune of Speed II and preferably Rune of Speed Sid VI; the Sid Speed Elements can be acquired through various events, like Carnival of Masks for example.On your blue lvl 11 cuisses and cuirass put a regular Annihilation Rune B'yal and Annihilation Rune Geb. Then, once you have acquired purple cuirass and cuisses from chaotic battles (see Gear section) you can start upgrading them into Annihilation Rune B'yal VI and Annihilation Rune Geb VI. It's not worth it to upgrade your blue runes on a regular blue item. If you are lvl 12, you can start putting Annihilation Rune Fav on your bonecrusher Chaos Axe and upgrade it to Annihilation Rune Fav VI.You will also want to put an Annihilation Rune Nort into your Vengeance Bow or Artful Vengeance Bow and upgrade it into Annihilation Rune Nort VI (the rune and its elements can be bought from Trade Fair).
• Bezels - Silvery Flames Bezel II (lvl 7) or Silvery Flames Bezel III (lvl 12) (Trade Fair) | Bezel of Determination II (Trade Fair) | Bezel of Penetration I (Arsenal), this one needs minimum rank Hero (use Valour and Glory Caskets to power level your rank). Ultimately, you will need Bezel of Penetration III at lvl 11 and Bezel of Penetration IV at lvl 12.
  
• Magic Moulds (listed symbols are the minimum required, if you roll an orange one it's even better, but don't throw too much money for that) - Cuirass: any Domtar Symbol of Might| Cuisses : any Gitkar Symbol of Piercing or Ming Fu Symbol of Knowledge | Weapon: any Yt-Mal Symbol of Devastation for lvl 12 weapon) or any Per-Flar Symbol of Will to Victory for lvl 7 weapon | Chainmail: none | Boots : any Per-Flar Symbol of Will to Victory | Pauldrons : none | Bracers : any Ming Fu Symbol of Knowledge | Helmet : any Ming Fu Symbol of Knowledge | Bow: any Per-Flar Symbol of Will to Victory | Quiver: any GitKar Symbol of Piercing for lvl 12 quiver or any Ming Fu Symbol of Knowledge for lvl 7 quiver.
• Plates - get Might bonus, highest level possible; use blue/purple/red Sets of Protective Plates or Ductile Shavings/Tempered Shavings.

• Broth of the Raven*2 - this needs to be bought during two different days as you can only buy them once per day during Trade Fair.

• Get the free ones from Arbiters of Fate shop in City Fair, then once you have a decent money income start buying the ones for diamonds in Trade Fair. Make sure you have a set Style Items to put varnish on.

• Initiative - from Talents tab.
  
• Will (lvl 12) - from Talents tab.
  
• Crystal of Truth Bonus - from Talents tab, it needs specific achievements: The Nightmare of Skeleton Demon Hounds, Polar Bear's Nightmare and Pearly Scolopendra's Nightmare.
• Increased Damage - from Clan Talents. This - or the blue/purple version - is a very important talent to have !

• You will need about 80/90 penetration when fighting serpagons.
• Start to stock up on any kind of Anger Elixirs , you will need a ton during hunting sessions at the beginning (to ensure one-shots).
  
• Get your first damage spell from Tower of Mage shop: Charge Folio.
• Reliable source of Chaos Particles are Pouches/Bags of Chaos Particles or Small bags with Chaos Particles from exchange, The Sorcerer's Revenge recurring mini-event on Fay-Go and one-time reward from Spectral Expanse influence.
  
• Try to acquire Seasonal Orbs (Spring Orb, Summer Orb, Autumn Orb, Winter Orb) during Seasonal Commotion events and then upgrade them, it's a reliable source of buffs.
  
• Try to quickly acquire Sands of Renewal.Once you have found a good hunting pace, you will need the 3 stars upgrade quickly.
  
• You can refresh/buy Dragon Gift Amulets and Vials of Fog Power from premium shop, promotion tab. And also buy Battle Skill Elixirs from Trade Fair.
• You can have free Decrepit Dragon Gift Amulets from Erifarius NPC during Day of the Warrior event each month on the 23th.
  
• Try to upgrade your Magic Wand into an Enhanced Magic Wand and then into an Improved Magic Wand, it doesn't cost much at all (exchange applications/Reflection Gems from Exchange Shop, City Fair/rare prize) and helps a lot to sustain on Warrior's Blessing Talismans.
  
• Do your 3 daily donations to Dragon Urchi, amongst other precious quest items, he can help you sustain on buffs and provide you with Dragon Gift Amulets, Might Charms, Rock Skin Elixirs, Eye of Truth, etc. NEVER donate Idalles or Efril, as you will need those in large quantities later on for your medals !
  
• Dont forget to do The Gift of Nature/Honoring the Goddess Vertsida quest (whenever it's available), donate Rainbow stones only, and always use Absolute Elixir of Strengthened Gift from the Necromancer's Shop to get an improved version of Rainbow Power: the Crushing Rainbow Power.
• I wouldn't advise you to upgrade your 7-10 lvl gear to Red as you will be able to one-shot without it. In fact, serpagon hunting will be one of your best ways to prepare your lvl 16 up as good as possible, and you will need a lot of money for your 12-16 lvl red gear, or 16-20 lvl red gear if you don't plan to stay 16 for long.
• With all this, the serpagon strat is ultra easy -> start fight on magic stance, use Anger Elixir, use Force of Anger, use Charge, dead -> repeat and enjoy your golds. Better done with keyboard shortcuts of course.

Places i would update:

11 level mobs have 80 protection, matching is enough.
Making Artful Axe of Destruction only +1 more than enough for level 11s.
Even if you start the fight by holding the key for your Force of Angel spell, there is a brief period of 3-5 second wait time hence you cant achieve 2 second kill time with using it.
Gotta make sure to explain Yt-Mal is only be found after 12.
Warrior/Elder blessing doesnt give any wisdom or magic damage.
İf you going all in, better to include Exarch items as an alternative option to chaos.

This isn't true. You're probably experiencing some lag and filling in that time with the refresh.

But if it IS true, then it's a bug.

In any case, this doesn't hold true for all especially those who experience heavy lags like myself. Refreshing nearly always adds 4 seconds of its own in laggy conditions.

If you're situated near the servers in EU, and if the refresh trick works for you, good for you. ( I will curse your name for all eternity )

You can also just click on Location icon or Battlefield icon to bypass it, this is true, it works not only for me but for everybody, and you can even see it yourself on serpagon hunting videos on youtube
