Problem with dugrkharg trap quest for city charters

Dugrkharg Trap [6] Accessible
The gnome is unhappy about the fact that there are too many Durgkhargs in the district, roaming close to his wonderful garden. The concerned Serafim is offering a generous reward to whoever will help him reduce the number of the monsters.

there is no option to take the quest from serafim :neznau:
I've done it before loads of times, go to serafim, take quest, get trap, use trap, kill dugrkhargs... but the option isn't on serafim :stesn:

fix or explain please?
