snowflakes

Hello as i wrote this to support, i had 138 snowflake in 25th 23:58 and because i didnt know when event finish exactly and (nobodey knew and couldnt find admins around for 3 days ) i just exchanged them for somethings but just used silver one if i get snowflakes back will have about 165 snowflake and cant get at least the pet...pls check if its possible take everythings back and give me snowflakes i didnt use anything yet

It is not possible to return items for snowflakes.
