Bug? with butcher and spider

We went to lair killed spider and butcher but didn't receive any reputation, or evil eye, or spider egg. It's first time when this is happening. Any idea why?

looks like u were wernt grouped only bluebeast got loot

was bluebeast the party leader? leader has to be in same room for the whole party to get a loot if not then it just goesto one with most dmg
