Quests that cannot be resigned

Hello!

Recently I started 2 City Charter quests - Pkhadd Trap [6] and Guarding Valuable Freight [6]. Tried both of them and didn't complete any - decided that they would bring me too much experience and the rewards are not worthy...
Would it be possible to add Resign buttons to these quests, please...? :mol:
