wrong statement of riding skill

i finished the whip quest for berona riding and below statement declared afterwards

Received: 2000 experience and the ability of a Beastmaster, allowing you to ride a Berona tiger. Seized: Arnica's WhipВ 1 pcs

than i bought an amulet at 5g but when tried to use it i learned that i didnt have such skill.

in this case i need a refund of 5g and return of this amulet due to wrong and mistaken statement of game management.

You need to do the quest Learn to Ride.
