Rating

Ok, I discover something unsual

My Ratings are :

Rating 822
Rating at current level 85

Now, Ive seen quite a few guys with Rating at Current lvl In 60s, But overall rating above 1000 , A few examples are :

so, could you please explain this to me? Whether How were the Ratings Calculated?

My understanding is that the rating is ur position in the mag world on this server while rating for ur lvl is ur position at you lvl, this takes in to account of ur vlaour / exp / reputaions and achievements.
