Possible Glitch: Stone Lotus Assignment

Not sure if that's a bug or a part of the game conception, thought I should report it.

When we start a recurring quest that's available for us, it's moved from the Recurring tab to the Accepted ones until it's completed.
Stone Lotus Assignment doesn't work that way. Even when we start the quest, it's visible both in Accepted and in Recurring quests...
