I did not quit the instance, I just closed game client because I needed to restart my computer. Right after restart I found my character out of the instance and found that I lost valor. Please give me my valour back!

Closing the client disconnects you from the game server... if you remain logged out for at least five minutes, you will be signed out. If you log off you will be dropped from the instance.

If the client crashed, that's one thing. But intentionally restarting your computer during an instance... you have only yourself to blame.

You are right to expect an admin response here. However, the response from Rebirth is correct, you left the game by closing the client and thus you left the caves.
