Tallars halls lag

There is a problem in tallars when client response and connection becomes very bad in a matter of seconds, and its impossible to attack, i am forced to stay 5-10 minutes until lag dissapears when this happens...

Alot of people i ask have/had this issue, admin please try actually looking into this issue.
