exe proffesion

ok so just started the quest for the exe proffesion, i got to get 15 gungl exlie talens and i know it costs 30g to, but do you have to have that when you turn the talens in?

Yes! You MUST hand in the 30g with the 15 talons to complete the Executioner profession.
