Exchanging Dark Seeds

I exchanged 30 dark seeds at gidver for 1 list. Others have 6h remaining. Why do I have 24h?
Maybe it's an issue? ?(

for me the award certificate was not received and the quest isnt even in my recurring quest log

is it my pc or has the seeds gathering has 1 hour time on it?been tryin to pick one for the past few mins
