there is a qst from Norak to bring him shankar amulet and Mameluk croizier if that's the qst you mean, no it's not authomatic but you took it from Norak and no, you can't resign that qst. it's for http://warofdragons.com/artifact_info.ph…ct_id=255051481 and you have to make red boe, get the amulet, go back to bov and finnish the qst only after you're free do get exe profession or whatever
