start 8 and 15 same time
when 8 is done start egg boiling
when 15 minutes are over (that was 7 rest) start the 15 min again as 7+15 are 22

it works if you are talking about daytime...

When it is 9 AM, add 5 hours to it and you will get 2 PM.
