Mentor Code of Conduct 2.0 (updated)

From 01/04/2021, there have been changes in the composition and functioning of mentors.

What we expect from a Mentor

  1. Mentor are in a privileged position of trust. A Mentor always behave responsibly and maturely in public. Always polite to others.
  2. The mentor is always on duty, not only on shift. Mentor are making a commitment to assist your fellow warriors at any time they may need a question answered.
  3. If a Mentor is "busy" (on hunt or completing a quest etc.) they guide the player to another Mentor or Guard that could assist them. Mentors do not ignore, attack, chase away or insult players that approach them while there are not on shift.
  4. If a Mentor is going afk for some time, he sets a auto answer so that players do not feel ignored.
  5. Mentors don't get involved in player’s arguments by choosing sides. Mentors can be there to mediate and resolve the issue but will never choose a side and are neutral at all time.
  6. A Mentor will never insult a player. It is expected that all Mentors follow the rules that they encourage other players to obey.
  7. A good Mentor has a positive communication and relationship with other Mentor and Guards. If he steps into an argument he can´t solve on his own, he will contact the Head Mentor to get help and assistance.
  8. The mentor is obliged to regularly browse the game forum and answer players' problems.
  9. All Mentors will be held accountable for their actions. All gags should be reported. This makes it easier to resolve issues when complaints are lodged against them. (You can write complaints about mentors here - Magmar/Human or report directly to HM prv[Aykutluk] / prv[-Kalikon-])


Dear Player! Remember that we are all only people. Sometimes something important may happen that causes us to suddenly leave the game during shift. Also, if none of us are online - you can write to us by post in game/forum.
