[GUIDE] Seasonal Events



CrackerJacks have compiled a list of the most frequently asked questions about seasonal events.

Please note that answers to many questions can be found in the Library. Most of those questions were not included in this guide.


Where to start the event?
What should I do during this event?
What quests are available?
The answers to those questions can be found in the Library.

When will the event end?
You can check the time remaining until the end of the event in the ‘Events’ tab. Additionally, for November and December events a schedule is posted in the Library.

What can I do with the seasonal event tokens?
During the rewards stage you can exchange the tokens for various rewards in the Curiosities Shop (or Snow Bazaar during December event). The complete list of rewards can be found on the events’ pages in the Library. You can also learn more about certain rewards such as Kodrag amulet, Seasons deck, Fire monkey, Crimson Roc, etc. from the Seasonal rewards article.

I have bought a Cerberus item, but I can’t use it, why?
The items cannot be used while you’re in a shop, make sure to leave the shop and then try again.

[January] Where to activate the Ancient Runes?
  • Ancient Rune I can be activated in Twilight Meadows / Silent Steppe, after activation you will be attacked by a Zigred [2].
  • Ancient Rune II can be activated in Village of Maettro / Ridge of Kayar, after activation you will receive an elixir of speed effect for 30 min.
  • Ancient Rune III can be activated in Ancestral Mountains / Luan Coast, it will then teleport you to Insanity Moor.

[January] What resources are needed to get the Smoked Gammon?
You will receive the Smoked Gammon in exchange for one of the following resources:

[February] How to get Fragrant Kiss Flowers?
You need to be under the effect of Languor of Love. Other players can give you this effect using Cupid's Bow and Cupid's Arrow (quest “Weapon of Love” from Sheara).

[February] What resources are needed for the February quests?

[February] Strange Heart Disease (Alchemists Veddun and Cagliostro)

Talk to Rubaddu or Langri the Consecrator (in the Palace of Marriage). Visit the following NPCs (after each visit return to the Consecrator to receive Carved Hearts):
  1. Gidver / Damirus - talk to them while under the effect of Kroffdor Metamorphosis Elixir. Alternatively, you can bring the Warlord Sword of Memory (can be purchased in the Gift Shop).
  2. Givens / Mary - bring them 5 Complimentary Elixir of Life.
  3. Maeli / Sorenai - Golden Rose (can be purchased in the Gift Shop)
  4. Flavviy / Pandrik - 5 Bread and 5 Gammon
  5. Soygura / Ostap - 5 Marvelous Glass
  6. Orfin / Arnika - 100 Sack of Food
  7. Magdalen / Marietta - Leather Bracers and Leather Helmet
  8. Mukhmor / Grildo - Rucksack or Wanderer's Backpack
  9. Maritsa / Bludiara - Pack of Cards or Bottle of Perfume (can be purchased in the Gift Shop)
  10. Khorsungum / Arnabag - talk to them while under the effect of Eldive Metamorphosis Elixir. Alternatively, bring them a Reward Hip Flask.

February

[February] Battle Flowers

During the February event you can purchase Battle flowers in the Curiosities Shop (cost 50s). You can buy them multiple times. With the flowers equipped, you can obtain achievements for:
  • Killing 100 monsters of your level (or 1 below yours)
  • Killing a Superbeing of your level
  • Killing 5 enemies of the opposite race on the battlefields
  • Winning the Romantic Path battlefield (available through the battlefield tab in the top menu)
When you get all of those 4 achievements, you will receive another achievement and a Basket for lovers.

In order to unlock the quest, first you will need to create the Amazing Origami. For that you will need 4 torn corners, 8 edge fragments, and 1 center fragment of each colour. During the quest passage you will also need a Vertsida Flower Stem or a Rainbow Sphere and 4 pcs of each type of the central pieces.

[May] I have the oilberry flowers but the quest “Unusual bouquet” is not available, why?
The Unusual Bouquet quests are only available during the Oilberry flowering stage.

Players level 3-6: Mistletoe 10 pcs, Ghostly Fungus 1 pc, Weak Elixir of Life 1 pc
Players level 7-11: Mistletoe 20 pcs, Ghostly Fungus 1 pc, Elixir of Life 1 pc, Scorpion Bile 50 pcs
Players level 12-20: Mistletoe 20 pcs, Ghostly Fungus 1 pc, Great Elixir of Life 1 pc, Scorpion Bile 200 pcs, Viscous Tentacler Slime 1 pc.

Ghostly Fungus can be obtained in the Kretches’ Lair. It is transferable, so if you do not have the access to the instance yet, you can ask someone to get it for you. It can be obtained an unlimited number of times during the event, but you can only have one Ghostly Fungus in your backpack at a time.



[June] Where do I open the old chest?
Depending on the message which you get when you use the chest, it will be one of the following locations:
  • County Vurdaliya / Virigiya District
  • Dartrong Square / O’Delvays Square
  • Tomb of Kings / Royal Tomb
If the casket was empty, you will need to talk to the Spirit of Avarice and choose a chest again. It does not matter which chest you choose, it’s completely random whether the treasure will be there or not.

You can find it in the hunt screen in Bog Elf Swamp, Gurraldiy Korr’s Grotto and Temple of Water. It is also transferable, so you can purchase it from other players, it can also be purchased in exchange for Tokens of Fortune. Alternative way to pass this part of the quest is to talk to Tadeuz / Pixie, they will ask you for Marvelous Glass 50 pcs, 1 Small Flickering Crystal, or 1 Gnome Coin.

You need to feed it 20 times. You can feed it once every hour (the possibility to feed the fish resets at the beginning of a new hour, so it’s possible to - for example - feed it at 12:59 and then at 13:00).

[August] What resources are needed to get the Diamond Aquarium?
Belladonna 10 pcs or Diamond 6 pcs or Crimson Sterlet 5 pcs.

[November] Liche Curse Amulet quest - what is Gizedor asking for?
Gizedor is asking for a Cuddly Valdagor and a Fluffy Kodrag (both can be purchased in the Gift Shop). He will then give you an amulet, which you can use once every 10 minutes to start a fight against Dark Ghouls [5]. After winning 3 fights, return to Shiko.
