english interface on russian server

HI, i want to play on russian server but with english interface, this option is available on english and german server but not on russian even though its the main one, please someone look into it, would highly appreciate it, the option is there, just need to integrate it

we hardly have english interface on com server, the lack of appreciation to all the paypallers who invest in this game xD
