first off not illegal. you raided human land. any lvl human can attack a lvl 3 mag raiding human land. but not everyone in game comes to forum or is even aware of new admin, and not even update themselves with new rule and not everyone will for a long time.. im sure high lvvls will still attack low lvls for a lonng while,, all that can be done is send warning to those players when they break new rule and then they will understand.. even tho once agian not illegal in this instance

Hello, there were some changes about attackking players with more than 3 levels difference but in the fight that you provided, you were in enemy lands so it doesnt count as a rule violation:

2. Any Human or Magmar caught on the territory of an enemy race can be attacked or cursed/immobilized/poisoned by ANY player of ANY level of a hostile race. This action will NOT be grounds for punishment!
