Reputation Rating (RR) is calculated on the basis of the total weight of all the medals a character has.

 

As you boost the reputations, you receive medals that correspond to the amount of points achieved, and in return, they increase your Reputation Rating.

Once you have achieved a certain rating level unique goods will become available at the Sheara's Treasury in  Spectral Expanse, which you can access via  Hell's Pass or the  Foothills.
